The Shop

Shop Gardentrack.

Is to turn this empty place into a train shop.

The building, "Buskit Spaces " is a new Wick building with 3 40 by 30 spaces and 2 20 by 30 spaces. Each has a small window, front and back service doors, and a 12 by 13 overhead door, and a weathervane on one end. Since it's a brand new building, none of the spaces are finished. The owner is finishing each as the first renter desires.

Gardentrack is in unit C. Unit A is going to become a cabinet shop this summer. Unit B is Cramer Lawn Care and they maintain their equipment there and have a nice office in the front corner. Units D and E are still empty.
